The Triangular Relationship: the U.S., Taiwan and China

Hudson Institute and the Formosa Foundation will co-sponsor a conference devoted to examining American foreign policy toward Taiwan and China-Taiwan affairs, "The Triangular Relationship: the U.S., Taiwan and China."

The conference will examine tension in the Taiwan Straits and analyze how U.S. policy may affect Taiwanese security. Three panel discussions will explore:

  • China: The Rising Military Threat
  • Taiwan: Increasingly Lost Between the U.S. and China?
  • Toward a New Pro-Taiwan Policy
