Book Discussion of Treachery: How America’s Friends and Foes Are Secretly Arming Our Enemies

September 27, 2004, 11:00 a.m. - Hudson Institute, Washington, D.C. Headquarters

Author Bill Gertz will lead a discussion of his new book Treachery: How America's Friends and Foes Are Secretly Arming Our Enemies.

Treachery is an in-depth revelation of how America’s supposed allies, as well as some of its foes, are illegally arming our enemies as we fight the war on terror. Mr. Gertz was given access to more than 25 pages of previously unpublished classified intelligence documents and dozens of exclusive interviews with senior U.S officials, including Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

Bill Gertz is a defense and national security reporter for The Washington Times and the author of New York Times bestsellers Breakdown and Betrayal.
