Everett Eissenstat formerly served as Chief International Trade Counsel for Senate Finance Committee Chair Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and as Legislative Director for Rep. Jim Kolbe (R-AR). Mr. Eissenstat holds a M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.

A discussion of the status of U.S. free trade agreements with Latin American countries, future trade pacts in the Americas, and the region’s potential role in global trade, moderated by Center Director Ambassador Jaime Daremblum.
