Drawing on the findings in the book, the speakers will discuss similarities and differences in state counterterrorism strategies, highlighting “best practices” and other lessons learned. Copies of Counterterrorism Strategies will be available for signing and purchase. YONAH ALEXANDER is the Director of the Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies and Editor of Counterterrorism Strategies: Successes and Failures of Six Nations. FRANK CILLUFFO is Associate Vice-President for Homeland Security at the George Washington University and Director of its Homeland Security Policy Institute. PETER LEITNER is a Professor at George Mason University and President of the Higgins Counterterrorism Research Center. KERSI SHROFF is Assistant Director of Legal Research and Chief of the Western Law Division, Law Library of Congress.
