Segal (Conservative, Kingston-Frontenac-Leeds, Ontario) and Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Christopher Sands. The panel considered whether the campaign north of the border offers any lessons on how voters may react to similar issues in the U.S. elections three weeks later and the prospects for U.S.-Canada relations afterwards. Kenneth Weinstein, CEO of Hudson Institute, moderated the discussion.
