  Senator Joseph Lieberman

Hudson Institute's JAMES H. DOOLITTLE PRIZE is named in honor of "Jimmy" Doolittle, the intrepid aviator who led the daring April 1942 raid on Tokyo in the aftermath of the Pearl Harbor attack.

This year, Hudson honored Senator Joseph I. Lieberman with the Doolittle Prize for his courageous leadership and his distinguished record of accomplishment in a long career devoted to ensuring the safety and security of the United States.

We also paid tribute to Hudson Institute Chairman Emeritus Walter P. Stern for his remarkable service to the Institute. Stern has supported, shaped, and led Hudson for more than three decades. He has made Hudson a world-class public policy innovator.
