Dr. Carol Adelman delivers Keynote speech on Private Development Aid at the Asia Foundation and CSO Network Japan seminar on Development Effectiveness of Private Development Assistance. Dr. Adelman discusses the role of international private development assistance, including the roles and approaches of coporate philanthropy, social investing, foundations and public private partnerships impacting international development. She was joined by Philip Yun, The Asia Foundation's Vice President for Resource Development and Allen C. Choate, Vice President, Partners in Asian Development, The Asia Foundation. The seminar was held in Tokyo, Japan.
