Panelists, alongside PAUL LIGHT, included LESTER SALAMON of Johns Hopkins University; GreatNonprofits CEO PERLA NI; and PETER FRUMKIN of the University of Texas at Austin. The Bradley Center's WILLIAM SCHAMBRA moderated the discussion.
