The Bradley Center hosted an event on November 9 to discuss the impact of the 2010 midterm elections on foundations and the nonprofit sector. Panelists included Gary Bass of OMB Watch, Patricia Read of the Independent Sector, Alliance for Charitable Reform's Sandra Swirski and Dean Zerbe of the alliantgroup. Bradley Center Director William Schambra moderated the discussion.
