Ranking countries on their enabling environment for philanthropy, the Interactive Map of Philanthropic Freedom visualizes the results of the Center for Global Prosperity’s 2015 edition of the Index of Philanthropic Freedom By mousing over and clicking on countries, viewers can evaluate countries based upon 1) barriers to NGO formation/registration, operations, and dissolution; 2) tax and fiscal incentives; and 3) barriers to cross-border philanthropic flows.
