The China Center will host a conference, entitled “The Dragon in the North: Assessing the Growing Chinese Threat to the Arctic Region,” organized by Hudson Senior Fellow Dr. Arthur Herman.

Hudson Senior Fellow and Director of the China Center Dr. Miles Yu will host this event. Hudson Distinguished Fellow and 70th Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo will deliver the keynote address.

Arthur Herman and Dr. Roslyn Layton of China Tech Threat will moderate panels consisting of the world’s leading experts on China’s march toward the Arctic.
