Washington Summit: 100-Day Report Card

Geopolitical uncertainty and a looming United States election formed the backdrop for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s July summit in Washington, DC. The gathering marked the third summit since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
