Congressman Ronny Jackson

United States Congressman, Thirteenth District of Texas

The successes of Operation Epic Fury—including the degradation of Iran’s missile, drone, and air defense capabilities and the elimination the regime's leadership—have been made possible by close coordination between US and Israeli forces. Joint innovation in missile defense, advanced sensors, AI-enabled intelligence, and integrated battlefield systems has provided the operational edge required for complex missions. Now, as the operation has concluded and negotiations have begun, questions remain: How can this technological partnership be strengthened to sustain military advantage while also driving innovations with long-term civilian and defense applications? And how will this partnership impact broader stability in the region?

Please join Senior Fellow with the Center for Peace and Security in the Middle East Joel Rayburn and Congressman Ronny Jackson (R-TX) for a discussion on the congressman’s recently introduced United States-Israel Framework for Upgraded Technologies, Research, and Enhanced Security Act and the importance of the US-Israel relationship for sustaining technological innovation, strengthening regional security, and shaping the future of US leadership in the Middle East.
