Biography

Arielle Roth was a Legal Fellow with the Hudson Institute's Center for the Economics of the Internet, where she focused on federal telecommunications law and policy. A frequent commenter on FCC actions, her articles have appeared in the Federal Communications Law Journal, the Washington Legal Foundation's Working Paper Series, and the American Bar Association's Administrative and Regulatory Law News, as well as in the popular press, such as Forbes Online, The Washington Examiner, CapX, and The Daily Caller. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Federalist Society's Telecommunications and Electronic Media Practice Group.

Prior to joining Hudson, Arielle was a Koch Summer Fellow and Federalist Society intern. Originally from Canada, she formerly served as a communications assistant to Prime Minister Stephen Harper. She holds degrees from the University of Toronto and the McGill University Faculty of Law.
