Rachel Machtiger

Rachel Machtiger is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Policy and Strategy at the IDC Herzliya. Ms. Machtiger holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern studies from Tel Aviv University and an M.A. in National Security studies from Haifa University. Ms. Machtiger has held senior research and analysis positions in Israeli government, and has written on Middle Eastern and Islamic issues, and East Asian affairs.
