Yair Albeck is a former visiting research fellow with Hudson Institute. Albeck joined the Israel Defense Forces in 2008, and for the past several years, he has led analytical and research efforts pertaining to developments in the Middle East and national security arenas with a focus on economics and sanctions. Albeck holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle East studies and economics from Haifa University, a master’s degree in economics from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA from Kellogg-Recanati Executive Program of Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University.
